Overview

Our flagship scheme on the A96 at the eastern edge of Elgin: a 50-acre first phase of a 125-acre business park, under construction since 2018 with support from Highlands and Islands Enterprise. Serviced plots, starter units and purpose-built premises now house a hotel, roadside services, trade and industrial occupiers and SGN.
